Exchange & Returns
We accept exchanges and returns of full-price items that have not been used, are in their original packaging, and have been requested within 14 days of the date of receipt.
*Customized products (personalized combination of handles and leather) or additional handles are not eligible for exchange or return.
RETURN RESTOCKING FEE
Please note we share the cost of return process with our customers and charge a $30.00 restocking fee on refunds.
We do not charge any restocking fees on exchanges.
FINAL SALE
Products marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items will be eligible for store credit only.
A $30 restocking fee will be applied on the amount credited.
HOW TO START YOUR ONLINE EXCHANGE / RETURN

Please contact us to Juan@mechamendez.com to start your exchange / return.
You’ll need your order number, along with your email address linked to your Mecha Mendez order.

After requesting the exchange or return, you will receive a prepaid label. Pack your bag following the packaging guideline provided via email.
All items must be in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags). We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.
3.
Print your return label and proceed to return your order at a nearby drop-off location.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed since received it at our warehouse.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Return items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, dust bag and in the original box.
Costs of returns or exchanges for international orders (outside the U.S) are the responsibility of the buyer.
