Mecha Mendez is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns on full-priced orders and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date.
**Customized products (personalized combination of handles and leather) or additional handles are not eligible for exchange or return. 

RETURN RESTOCKING FEE
Please note we share the cost of return process with our customers and charge a $30.00 restocking fee on refunds.


 FINAL SALE
Products marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items will be eligible for store credit only. A $30 restocking fee will be applied on the amount credited.

IMPORTANT
Return items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, dust bag and in the original box. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer. Costs of returns or exchanges for international orders (outside the US) are the responsibility of the buyer.
