All our products are made by Argentinian artisans. When we receive your order, we make the final touches to the product to be especially for you!

STANDARD SHIPPING

Free on orders over $250.
Processing Order Time: 5 business days
Standard Delivery Time: 8-12 business days
We ship orders from Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on non-working Argentine holidays.
We do not offer expedited shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that for international shipments (outside the U.S.) there may be extra customs and VAT fees, which Mecha Mendez is not responsible for any additional fees that are submitted by international authorities.

INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.



OUR CHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Mecha Mendez is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns on full-priced orders and exchanges within 15 days of delivery date.
**Customized products (personalized combination of handles and leather) or additional handles are not eligible for exchange or return. 

Please note we share the cost of return process with our customers and charge a $30.00 restocking fee on refunds.

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Products in Final Sale Category are not eligible for exchanges or returns. 

Return items must be in new condition, with original tags attached, dust bag and in the original box. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.

DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. MECHA MENDEZ holds no responsibility for extra fees that are subjected by international authorities.



RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Mecha Mendez. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when MECHA MENDEZ delivers these items to the carrier.
